Job Duties Include
Conduct the following HR Duties and Personnel Development within all company facilities within designated company region:
Recruit, interview and hire associates to fill vacant positions.
Maintains job openings and communicates with HR Coordinator to post open positions online.
Plan new associate orientation sessions and associate personnel files.
Record personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations within the HRIS system.
Approve payroll for corporate processing.
Assure proper forms and documents are completed and filed according to company standards and, in some cases, federal and state law.
Ensure that all personnel records such as I-9 forms, applications, work permits, and performance reviews are up to date and compliant.
Be knowledgeable of company policies, procedures and benefits to answer associate questions and maintain company standards.
Assure compliance within company facilities with Human Resources Laws (i.e. ADA, ACA, FMLA, Harassment, etc.)
Work with the facility’s management staff in areas of associate relations, progressive disciplinary action, terminations, and performance reviews.
Use a computer to communicate and track necessary personnel data.
Provide excellent customer service to assure that all customers leave satisfied.
Order, maintain inventory, and track payment for the company’s uniforms.
Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
